Sean Baker and Hannah Peterson in conversation after a screening of The Graduates at Vidiots in Los Angeles (November 2024). A FOFIF Release.
The FOFIF Distribution branch offers a bespoke distribution plan for stellar independent films directed by women and nonbinary filmmakers. Only releasing 1-2 films per year, we base our distribution approach on each film's needs and individual cinema's audiences.
Our attention to detail, honing in on quality over quantity, is an intentional response to this moment of distribution crisis. The mission is to successfully engage audiences with these independent works by women and nonbinary filmmakers who may not otherwise get a theatrical release and, thus, carry on the legacy of independent films.
